Tracie and Keith Gulledge have over 20 years personal and functional training experience, and we're excited to celebrate their successful CrossFit gym! They offer free community workouts every Saturday at 9 a.m. with free childcare, too! They also recoginize and honor various members of our community with their military, first responder and teacher discounts for membership.
