Meeting for WOMEN who are potentially interested in a class designed specifically for them and an introduction to the material, philosophies and approaches to be utilized in the class.

This is a self-defense themed class that will include training in:

Situational Awareness / Agressor Mindset / Victim versus Survivor Mentality / Legal considerations / Psychological impact

This class is open for women and girls aged 13 and up. This class is designed to teach reaction skills for real-world applications.
