Hosted by MojuKai Karate at their studio (607 East Lee Street), this program is FREE to all women... teens are welcome at the discretion of parents or guardians. 

This program includes self-defense and protection skills as well as learning about the mindset of potential aggressors and their behaviors. 

No reservation is needed. We encourage you to bring friends...its easier to experience new things with a partner.
