Senior Aerobics is a FREE program offered by Enterprise Parks and Recreation designed for seniors in our community to stay connected and active. They currently meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Enterprise Civic Center. This class is designed for seniors of all ages, and is conducted to fit your comfort level.

Whether you are looking for a fun day out of your home, or a way to stay in shape, this is a class for you! These classes are FREE and open to the public.
