Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to high-quality food preparation and plating, excels under pressure, and works well as part of a team. This role will involve preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Ensure food is presented in an appealing, visually consistent way.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality food service.

• Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of ingredients.

• Ensure a clean and organized kitchen by following sanitation, safety, and cleanliness guidelines.

• Manage inventory, keep track of ingredients, and communicate stock needs to the head chef or management.

• Assist with other kitchen duties as required
