Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid Drivers License (Required) 1-2+ Years Property Management experience (Required)
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Build professional relationships with clients
Preventive Maintenance planning
Consistently communicate in a timely manner with clients
Coordinate and follow up with Maintenance repairs
Track rent collection
Performing move ins and move outs
Property Inspections to include move ins and move outs
On Call for Emergency Maintenance
Marketing properties
Positive Vendor relations
