Tails and Whiskers Inc is a foster-based cat rescue and sanctuary.  Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find forever homes or provide sanctuary for cats in need. We strive to encourage responsible pet ownership and to educate about the importance of spay and neuter.
